Longi Green Energy announced that on June 8, 2026, the company received notification from its controlling shareholder, Li Zhenguo, that he had released the pledge of 155 million shares of unrestricted tradable shares pledged to Guotong Trust on June 5, accounting for 14.52% of his shareholding and 2.05% of the company's total share capital. After this release of pledge, Li Zhenguo has pledged a total of 210 million shares of the company, representing 19.68% of his shareholding.
