Yu Yifang steps down as Chairman of ZTE New Energy Technology Company.

Tianyancha App shows that recently, Zhongxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has undergone a business change. Yu Yifang stepped down as chairman and was succeeded by Peng Aiguang. The company was established in July 2014 with a registered capital of about 230 million RMB. Its business scope includes operating charging systems, consulting in the new energy industry, and photovoltaic power generation. It is wholly owned by ZTE Corporation.
