The company was established in July 2022 with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of distribution switch control equipment, energy management services, and research and development of emerging energy technologies. It is jointly held by Guangqi Group's Up-energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangqi Aeolus New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.
