On June 8, 2026, the Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued the "Implementation Measures for Personal Housing Loans with Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund". According to the "Regulations on Housing Provident Fund Management", in addition to existing home purchase loans, types of loans for construction, renovation, and major repairs of self-occupied housing are added, with clear application conditions, loan amounts, loan terms, processing procedures, and guarantee methods, aiming to meet the diverse housing needs of depositors, especially suitable for practical scenarios such as the renovation of old neighborhoods and building renovations, effectively leveraging the positive role of the housing provident fund in safeguarding and improving living conditions.
