The first High-Quality Development Conference for Artificial Intelligence has started.

On June 6th, the first Artificial Intelligence High-Quality Development Conference, hosted by the Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of China Electronic Commerce Association, opened in Yuhang. Many academicians, experts, and business representatives gathered together to engage in in-depth discussions on technology innovation, data governance, industrial applications, and to explore the path towards high-quality and sustainable development of artificial intelligence. The highlight of this conference was the setting up of four thematic seminars: "AI Reshaping the New Direction of Intelligent Manufacturing", "AI Innovation Talent Cultivation", "AI Empowering Rural Revitalization", and "AI Driving New Quality Productivity", aiming to shift the focus of AI from technology to productivity. During the seminars, representatives from academia, industry, and research discussed the current pain points and trends of AI implementation. By 2025, Yuhang will have around 180 core artificial intelligence industry enterprises, as well as four provincial laboratories including Zhejiang Lab, Liangzhu Lab, Hupan Lab, and Tianmushan Lab, along with high-level innovation platforms such as Hangzhou Megagravity Field and Hangzhou North China International Innovation Research Institute, forming a complete industry chain layout from algorithm development, data services to hardware manufacturing.
