Our country has established a four-level intelligent factory system and achieved large-scale construction of intelligent factories.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China has established a four-level intelligent factory system, realizing the large-scale construction of intelligent factories and guiding enterprises to move towards intelligence from digitization and networking. Currently, China's intelligent factory system is divided into four levels: basic, advanced, excellent, and leading. There are already over 35,000 basic level intelligent factories, more than 8,200 advanced level factories, over 500 excellent level factories, and 15 enterprises selected for the leading level intelligent factory cultivation list, exploring new models and formats such as shared manufacturing of engineering machinery, island-style manufacturing of automobiles, and agile customization of home appliances. Since the implementation of the gradient cultivation action for intelligent factories, it has led to an average decrease of 47% in product defect rate and an average reduction of 38% in product R&D cycle.
