Anke Biotechnology: The world's first CD7 CAR-T children's indication Phase I clinical trial has been initiated.

According to Anke Biotechnology, relapsed/refractory T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma is a highly aggressive malignant disease in children's hematologic tumors. After conventional chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation fail, there are few clinical options for these patients. On June 4th, the clinical trial initiation meeting for the first globally targeted CD7 autologous CAR-T product PA3-17 for children, independently developed by Anke Biotechnology's affiliated company Boshengji Medicine, was held at the lead unit, the Hematology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. The project officially entered the Phase I clinical trial preparation stage, marking a breakthrough in original cell therapy in the field of pediatric hematologic diseases in China.
