Product carbon footprint certification institution recognition system released and implemented.

Today, the journalist learned that with the approval of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment has recently issued the Accreditation System for Product Carbon Footprint Verification Agencies. This system sets out provisions for the basic qualifications of product carbon footprint verification agencies, personnel capabilities, the standardization of verification activities, and the procedures for gaining accreditation. After the implementation of this system, it will further regulate the behavior of product carbon footprint verification agencies, improve the quality of product carbon footprint data, and help strengthen China's product carbon footprint management system.
