SpaceX and Google reach cloud service agreement. According to the agreement, Google has agreed to pay SpaceX $9.2 billion per month from October 2026 to June 2029. The computing power provided includes approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, memory and other related components. The related computing power will gradually increase before September, with costs correspondingly reduced. If SpaceX fails to deliver the agreed quantity of GPUs by September 30, 2026, after a one-month grace period, Google may choose to immediately terminate the agreement or accept the delivered GPUs and reduce the monthly fee accordingly. After December 31, 2026, either party can terminate the agreement by providing a 90-day notice. Google will retain ownership and intellectual property rights to its content, AI models, and related data.
