Mainland Aviation Technology Holdings (00232) plans to sell 100% of the equity of Motto Investment Limited.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Mainland Aviation Technology Holdings (00232) announced that on June 5, 2026, the Company, the Buyer MOBILE ACQUISITION CO, LLC and the Buyer Guarantor entered into a sale and purchase agreement, whereby, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement, the Company agreed to sell, and the Buyer agreed to purchase, the sale shares (i.e. all issued share capital of the target company Motto Investment Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company)), and to settle shareholder and intra-company loans at the sale price. After the completion, the Company will no longer hold any equity interest in the target company or any other target group company.
