Fan Shihong, a member of the Party Committee, deputy director, and safety inspector of the China National Petroleum Corporation Material Procurement Center, is under investigation.

According to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China Petroleum, as well as the Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Commission of Panjin City, Liaoning Province, China Petroleum's Party Committee member, deputy director, and safety director Fan Shihong is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China Petroleum, as well as investigation by the Supervision Commission of Panjin City, Liaoning Province.
