Former head of the Shenzhen branch of the Bank of China, Wang Shaojun, is under investigation and review.

According to the news from the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the National Supervisory Commission stationed in the China Bank Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group, and the Tianjin Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Wang Shaojun, former Party Secretary and President of the China Bank Shenzhen Branch, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the National Supervisory Commission stationed in the China Bank Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group, as well as investigation by the Tianjin Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
