Otwi: Implementing equity distribution adjustment "Ovi convertible bond" conversion price and resumption of trading

Otvei Announcement: Due to the implementation of the annual equity distribution in 2025, the conversion rights of "Otvei Convertible Bonds" will be suspended from June 5 to June 12, 2026, and will resume on June 15. The conversion price before adjustment is 84.42 yuan per share, and after adjustment, it will be 83.62 yuan per share, with the adjusted conversion price taking effect from June 15. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.8 yuan per share to all shareholders based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date.
