BoTong Corporation (300363.SZ) plans to repurchase company shares worth 80 million to 100 million yuan.

Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, BITON (300363.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase some of the publicly traded shares with its own funds. The repurchased shares will be used for cancellation and reducing the registered capital. The repurchase price of the shares shall not exceed 26.59 yuan per share, and the total amount of repurchase funds shall be no less than 80 million yuan and no more than 100 million yuan.
