Northern Ding Group: Niu Wenjiao resigns as the company's Chief Financial Officer.

On June 5th, Beidin Corporation announced that in order to comply with the relevant regulations of the "Regulations on the Supervision of Company Board Secretaries", and to standardize job arrangements, Niu Wenjiao recently submitted a resignation report to the company's board of directors, applying to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer. After resigning, Niu Wenjiao will continue to serve as a director and board secretary of the company. Niu Wenjiao's resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. Following the nomination by the company's general manager, approved by the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee of the Fifth Board of Directors, and deliberated and approved at the fifth meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors, Fang Zhen was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. The term of office will start from the date of approval by the board of directors and end on the expiration of the term of office of the Fifth Board of Directors.
