Taihe Technology: Chief Financial Officer Shi Hui resigns for personal reasons. Chairman will assume responsibilities.

Taehe Technology announced that the board of directors has received a written report from the Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Shi Hui, stating that she is resigning from her position as Chief Financial Officer due to personal health reasons. She will continue to serve as the board secretary and general manager of the subsidiary. Ms. Shi's term as CFO was set to expire at the end of the fourth term of the board of directors, and her resignation will take effect upon submission of the report to the board. During this period, the duties of the CFO will be performed by Chairman Cheng Zhongfa. Ms. Shi does not hold shares directly, and her shares purchased in the 2024 employee stock ownership plan will be handled according to regulations.
