Kuihua Pharmaceutical announced that on December 30, 2025, the company agreed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Luling Kuihua, would acquire the market approval and related production technology of Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets from Cubist Pharmaceuticals for 34 million yuan. Recently, Luling Kuihua received the "Drug Supplementary Application Approval Notice" issued by the National Medical Products Administration, allowing the change of the market approval holder of this drug to Luling Kuihua. This acquisition is aimed at implementing the "One Elderly" strategy, enriching the product pipeline, consolidating the advantage of digestive system medication, and enhancing risk resistance.
