On June 5th, according to the website of the Beijing Stock Exchange, Shanghai Fengtian Electronic Co., Ltd. submitted an application to the Beijing Stock Exchange to withdraw the application for the public offering of shares to unspecified qualified investors and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange. In accordance with relevant regulations, the Beijing Stock Exchange has decided to terminate the review of its initial public offering of shares and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
