Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, VIVO's affiliate company Weowo Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. has applied to register the trademark "vivoClaw", with the international classification as website services. The current status of the trademark is all waiting for substantive examination. The company was established in June 2010, with Shi Yujian as the legal representative and a registered capital of 65 million RMB. Its business scope includes manufacturing of mobile terminal equipment, communication equipment, audio equipment, etc., with Weowo Holdings Limited being the sole shareholder.
