According to the Zhtng Cijng APP, Peloton Interactive Inc. (PTON.US) has acquired the startup company Skp, which focuses on Pilates. This move brings new technological expertise to the fitness platform, helping it expand its product line and attract new users amid overall business transformation. Peloton CEO Peter Stern announced the acquisition in a press release on Thursday, stating, "Pilates is a category in urgent need of experiential innovation, much like what we have done for aerobic exercise.
