Intelligence Finance APP learned that recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Anti-Monopoly Bureau) released the "China Anti-Monopoly Enforcement Annual Report (2025)." The report pointed out that in 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation continued to strengthen its efforts in the field of anti-monopoly supervision and law enforcement. A total of 20 market monopoly cases were filed throughout the year, 22 cases were concluded, and a total of 653 million yuan in fines were imposed. The quality and effectiveness of the supervision of business concentration were steadily improved, with 706 cases of business concentration being concluded throughout the year, an increase of 9.8% over the previous year. Efforts were made to eliminate local protectionism and market segmentation, with the introduction of the "Implementation Measures for Fair Competition Review Regulations" to strengthen the review of fair competition at the source. Nearly 60,000 policy measures were reviewed by market supervision departments at all levels throughout the year. Continuous efforts were made to deepen the promotion and advocacy of fair competition, with the establishment of the National Anti-Monopoly Bureau's "two microblogs and one short video" platform, creating the first national anti-monopoly publicity and service platform. The China Fair Competition Policy Promotion Week and the 11th China Fair Competition Policy International Forum were held to create a good social atmosphere of fair competition in order to build a unified national market.
