Guangdong issues the first data intellectual property certificate to entities from Hong Kong and Macao.

Recently, Macau Malt Technology Co., Ltd. successfully processed and was awarded a Data Intellectual Property Registration Certificate for the "Container Simulation Environment Operating Parameter Dataset" on the Guangdong Data Intellectual Property Deposit Registration Platform. This is the first Hong Kong and Macao entity to obtain data intellectual property registration in Guangdong through cross-border registration, marking a significant breakthrough in the compliance and cross-border movement of data elements in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
