Fashion and luxury goods group OTB acquires all shares of VIKTOR&ROLF.

Italian OTB Group announced on June 4th local time that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of its designer brand Viktor&Rolf. The two parties have been cooperating since 2008, when OTB Group acquired 51% of the brand's shares, which was later increased to 70% in 2019. This acquisition continues the agreement signed by both parties in 2025, which confirms that Viktor&Rolf's founders, Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, will continue to serve as the brand's creative directors for a five-year term. OTB Group, based in Italy, also owns brands such as Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, and Marni.
