Shaanxi Province introduces 15 measures to provide financial support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.

On June 4th, according to the Shaanxi Financial Regulatory Bureau, they recently issued a notice on the work of financial support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in 2026. They have introduced 15 measures in five aspects, including strengthening financial supply, improving support mechanisms, enhancing service capabilities, optimizing service guarantees, and strengthening regulatory guidance, to fully support the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in the province. In terms of strengthening financial supply, Shaanxi will focus on improving the comprehensive production capacity and quality of agriculture, and closely align with financial needs; they will adhere to the combination of investment in things and investment in people, increase financial input, support the development of economically distinctive county economies, support stable employment for migrant workers, and encourage financial institutions to increase the lending support for returning talents' entrepreneurial guarantees; they will increase support for the construction of revitalization areas in rural areas in the province and explore effective ways to support the integrated development of urban and rural areas and the new type of urbanization construction focusing on county economies.
