Two departments are deployed in Yunxiao to carry out market-oriented transaction of power transmission rights in direct current.

On the 3rd, it was learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration recently issued a notice to deploy the marketized transaction of transmission rights in the Yunxiao HVDC. The notice pointed out that starting from June 1, 2026, according to the "Yunxiao HVDC Transmission Rights Marketization Trading Scheme", transmission rights marketized trading will be conducted in the Yunxiao HVDC channel, starting with monthly and within-month transactions. In the process of work, we must adhere to the principles of "safety as the anchor, prudence as the priority, fairness and transparency, and orderly competition".
