According to the Qichacha app, recently, BORJE XIN Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established, with Du Fei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: sales of semiconductor device specific equipment; manufacturing of micro-special electric motors and components; motor manufacturing; sales of power measuring electric motors; manufacturing of power measuring electric motors, etc. Through equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, it shows that the company is wholly owned by BORJE XIN (Shenzhen) Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BORJE Corporation.
