Kepler Electronics: Intends to sell the first building of Kepler Smart Energy Industry Park to Midea Group for 520 million yuan.

Ke Lu Electronics announced that the company has signed an asset acquisition intention agreement with Midea Group, Zhongkai Yuzhi, and Guangming Science and Technology, intending to transfer the relevant assets of Light Smart Energy Industrial Park held by the company through cash acquisition. Among them, the company will transfer the first and fifth buildings of Ke Lu Smart Energy Industrial Park, Block A of Dormitory 01, and related ancillary facilities and equipment to Midea Group for 520 million yuan; will transfer the second and fifth buildings of the industrial park, Block B of Dormitory 01, and related ancillary facilities and equipment to Zhongkai Yuzhi for 484 million yuan; Finally, the fourth building of the industrial park and related ancillary facilities and equipment will be transferred to Guangming Science and Technology for 302 million yuan.
