Yunnan Milexi 100 MW / 200 MWh electrochemical energy storage power station is fully connected to the grid.

On May 31, the 100MW/200MWh electrochemical energy storage power station of Three Gorges Energy in Mile, Yunnan, successfully connected to the grid at full capacity. The project is expected to have an annual charge and discharge capacity of 1.16 billion kilowatt-hours, and can accommodate approximately 40 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 12,000 tons of standard coal and reducing about 33,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. It can meet the annual electricity consumption of 13,000 typical households.
