ZhaoTong Financial News APP reported that on June 2, 2026, Leshi International (02222.HK) announced that its indirect subsidiary, YouTong Technology, and the subscriber Zhejiang Miley Technology Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement with the target company Zhejiang Leshi Lighting Co., Ltd. (an indirect subsidiary of the company). According to this agreement, the subscriber agreed to inject a total of RMB 8.45 million in cash to subscribe for RMB 5 million of the target company's newly increased registered capital, of which RMB 3.45 million will be added to the target company's capital surplus.
