On May 21st, Comrade Cheng Gang, Deputy Director of the Price, Cost, and Certification Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, led a team to conduct research on new energy equipment at CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Limited. The discussion centered around the research and manufacturing of new energy equipment, as well as the application of new energy in the field of rail transportation. Officials from the Development and Reform Commission of Hunan Province, the Energy Bureau of Hunan Province, China Railway New Energy Development Co., Ltd., as well as relevant comrades from the Center's New Energy Price and Cost Department, participated in the discussion and research.
