Zhito Finance APP News, China Silver Gold Leasing (01606.HK) announced that the company (as lessor) entered into a financing lease arrangement with lessee and seller on June 2, 2026 (after trading hours), whereby (i) the company (as buyer) entered into a transfer agreement with lessee Anda City Tianying New Energy Co., Ltd. and seller Zhejiang Yunda Energy Construction Co., Ltd., agreeing to purchase the transaction subject for a consideration of RMB 1.47 billion from the seller, and (ii) the company (as lessor) entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee, agreeing to lease the leased property (i.e. the transaction subject) to the lessee for a lease term of 216 months. The leased property is the wind power equipment and related facilities assets owned by the lessee located in Heilongjiang Province, China.
