Reporters learned from the 2026 Shanghai Super Individual Economy Conference held on the 2nd that Shanghai has accelerated the development of OPC companies by issuing computing power vouchers, model vouchers, corpus vouchers, and introducing policies such as pay first and enjoy later, and instant Token subsidies. Currently, the entire city of Shanghai has attracted more than 600 OPC companies. In the current era where artificial intelligence is gradually empowering various industries, OPC companies are quickly rising in multiple vertical sectors. The Lingang New Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone was one of the first regions in the country to propose the development of OPC. In August 2025, it released related policies and launched the "Super Individual 288 Action" to create an innovative ecosystem integrating key elements such as space, policies, capital, and talent.
