Wisdom Finance APP News, Silai Medical (603716.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer 50% of the 51% equity of its holding subsidiary Silaisi Medical Supply Chain Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Supply Chain") to Huofi, the original shareholder of Beijing Supply Chain holding 49% equity, at a transfer price of 18.626 million RMB. After the completion of this transaction, the company will still hold 1% equity of Beijing Supply Chain, and Beijing Supply Chain will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
