HaiChuan Intelligent Announcement: The controlling shareholder of the company, Hengyue Electronics, signed a property share transfer agreement with Kunshan Gaoxin and Kunshan Chuangkong, the upper-level shareholders of Zhongjing Zhixin. Kunshan Gaoxin and Kunshan Chuangkong each transferred 9% of their respective partnership property shares in Zhongjing Zhixin to Hengyue Electronics. After the transfer is completed, Hengyue Electronics will hold 30% of the partnership property shares of Zhongjing Zhixin, while Kunshan Gaoxin and Kunshan Chuangkong will each hold 9% of the partnership property shares of Zhongjing Zhixin. Relevant business registration procedures have been completed.
