According to an announcement from Xiangcai Fund, the wholly-owned controlling shareholder Xiangcai Securities has once again increased its capital, increasing the company's registered capital from 350 million yuan to 400 million yuan. According to Tianyancha, this round of capital increase was completed on May 25th through industrial and commercial changes, with the previous 4 rounds of capital increase completed in December 2024, April 2023, September 2022, and December 2020 respectively.
