US "New Glenn" rocket explosion causes launch pad paralysis, repairs may not be completed until 2028.
On May 28th local time, the heavy rocket "New Glenn" of the American aerospace company Blue Origin exploded during a static fire test at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA Administrator Bill Nelson said in an interview on June 1st that repairing the dedicated launch pad for the "New Glenn" rocket will "take a long time" and "may not be repaired until 2028."
