European major stock indices closed higher.

The European Stoxx 600 index rose by 0.1%, the European Stoxx index rose by 0.19%, and eurozone blue-chip stocks rose by 0.28%. The UK's FTSE 100 index rose by 0.16%, Germany's DAX index rose by 0.13%, France's CAC 40 index rose by 0.6%, and Spain's IBEX index rose by 0.53%.
