According to the Zhixun Finance and Economics app, sources revealed that TSMC plans to raise the prices of 3-nanometer process wafers for foundry services again in the second half of 2026, with the highest increase reaching 15%. Prices may further increase by 5% to 10% in 2027. TSMC Chairman and CEO C.C. Wei is expected to provide a comprehensive explanation on AI demand, advanced process layout, and overseas expansion progress at the shareholder meeting on June 4th, which the market is highly anticipating.
