Jiangsu Sopo: plan to raise no more than 1.6 billion yuan for projects such as dimethyl carbonate.

On May 27th, Jiangsu Sopo announced that it plans to issue stocks to no more than 35 specific investors, raising a total of no more than 1.6 billion yuan. The funds raised will be used for the integration project of acetic acid vinyl and EVA, as well as a 200,000 tons per year dimethyl carbonate project. It is reported that the downstream applications of acetic acid vinyl are extensive, with outdated production capacity gradually phasing out and a significant demand gap for high-quality acetic acid vinyl. Dimethyl carbonate benefits from the dual driving forces of new energy and new materials, and the market size is expected to continue growing.
