Zhito Finance APP News, Yifan Pharmaceuticals (002019.SZ) announced that the company intends to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase a portion of the company's shares through centralized bidding trading for the purpose of cancellation and reducing registered capital. The total amount of the repurchase funds shall not be less than 100 million yuan (inclusive), and shall not exceed 120 million yuan (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding 17.45 yuan per share (inclusive).
