Xinwanda: The German Federal Patent Court ruled that EP141 is invalid in Germany.

Xinwanda Electronics Co., Ltd. issued a statement on May 27th: On October 21, 2024, Xinwanda filed for invalidation proceedings against Tulip Innovation Kft. based on European Patent No. 2 528 141, which Tulip had brought against Xinwanda for infringement. The case was filed in the German Federal Patent Court with the case number 3 Ni 17/24. During the oral hearing held on May 19, 2026, the German Federal Patent Court ruled that EP141 is completely invalid in Germany. Xinwanda respects legitimate intellectual property rights and fair competition. At the same time, Xinwanda will vigorously defend its own legitimate rights, oppose patent claims without basis, and continue to protect the company's business, customer cooperation, and market reputation through proper legal means.
