Zhi Tong Finance APP News, Jiangxi Bank (01916) announced that the bank recently received the "Reply on the Qualifications of Yin Guangxing and Li Xiuhong as Directors of Jiangxi Bank from the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory and Management Authority" (Ganjinjin Fu [2026] No. 98) and "Reply on the Qualifications of Li Xiuhong as a Director of Jiangxi Bank from the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory and Management Authority" (Ganjinjin Fu [2026] No. 97). According to these replies, the National Financial Supervisory and Management Authority of Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau approved Mr. Yin Guangxing and Mr. Li Xiuhong to serve as directors of the bank. The appointment of Mr. Yin Guangxing and Mr. Li Xiuhong as directors will take effect from May 20, 2026.
