Tianyue Advanced announced that from January 21, 2025 to May 27, 2026, the total shareholding ratio of the Liaoning Sino-German Industrial Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise and its concerted action persons decreased from 8.00% to 6.83%, with a change of more than 1%. Among them, the Liaoning Sino-German Industrial Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise and Liaoning Haitong New Energy Low-Carbon Industrial Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd. reduced their holdings through centralized bidding and block trading, while Haitong Innovative Securities Investment Co., Ltd. did not directly change its shareholding. This equity change is part of the shareholders' reduction plan, which has not been completed yet and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
