Yitse: Orient Group pledges 4.2951%

Announcement from Yishi Special: On May 26, 2026, Jingjiang Industry, Oriental Group, and He Simo signed the "Agreement on Relevant Shareholding Agreements", with Oriental Group pledging and entrusting 100 million shares and supplementing with an additional 50 million shares, to be supervised until December 30, 2027. This is a supplementary agreement to the "Share Transfer Agreement" and does not affect the control rights. On the same day, Oriental Group pledged 100 million shares, accounting for 15.3098% of its holdings and 4.2951% of the company's total share capital; with a total of 228 million shares pledged, accounting for 34.9508% of its holdings and 9.8053% of the company's total share capital.
