Announcement from Tianjian Group: The Board of Directors received the resignation report from Mr. Zheng Xiaosheng, the Chairman of the company, on May 27, 2026. Due to work relocation reasons, he has resigned from the position of director, Chairman of the Board, and all other positions in the company. After resignation, he will not hold any position in the company.
