Ningbo United announced that on May 26, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Thermal Power Company signed a "Maximum Amount Guarantee Contract" with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Ningbo Branch. According to a 10% equity ratio, Joint Rental provides a joint and several guarantee of 20 million yuan for the debt applied by the bank, within the approved limit of the shareholder meeting in 2025. As of the announcement date, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries to external parties is 274 million yuan, accounting for 8.01% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. Joint Rental has an asset-liability ratio of over 70%.
