Guangdong Media announced that the company's lawsuit against Oriental Securities Underwriting Sponsorship Co., Ltd. is still being heard in the first instance by the Shanghai Financial Court. Previously, due to the absorption and merger of Oriental Securities by its parent company, as well as the company receiving other related case execution funds, the company had applied to change the defendant to Oriental Securities Co., Ltd., and the lawsuit amount to 2.38 billion yuan. The company has now submitted another application to change the lawsuit amount to 2.49 billion yuan. The final result of the case is still uncertain, and it is currently impossible to determine the impact on the company's profits.
