Taiji Industry: Chairman Fang Tao Resigns Due to Work Adjustment.

Announcement from Taiji Industries: Due to work adjustments, the Chairman of the company, Fang Tao, has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors, resigning from his positions as Chairman, Director, and Chairman of the Board's Strategic and Investment Committee. The resignation will take effect upon delivery of the report to the Board of Directors. After resigning, Fang Tao will no longer hold any position in the company and does not hold any company shares. The Board of Directors has unanimously agreed to appoint Director and General Manager Wang Yibo to temporarily assume the duties of Chairman and Chairman of the Board's Strategic and Investment Committee until a new Chairman is elected. Additionally, the Board of Directors has passed a resolution to elect Qin Chenfei as a candidate for non-independent Director.
