Hanbang Technology announced that the company held a board meeting on May 27, 2026, and approved to extend the scheduled date for the "Annual Production of 2000 Laboratory Chromatography Instruments" project to achieve usable status from June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The reason for the delay is that although the main construction of the project has been completed, internal decoration and some supporting facilities are still in progress and have not yet completed final inspection. This extension does not change the investment content, total amount, or implementation entity of the project, and does not affect the implementation of the fund-raising project, nor does it have a significant impact on the expected benefits.
