According to the Securities Times app, DPC Holdings (Doncasters Group), which specializes in the production of complex engine products for the aerospace and defense sectors, submitted its initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday. The company is expected to raise up to $150 million through the IPO.
